Our newest class format designed for the serious athlete who needs to make every minute count. We've created a way to pack our signature 45 minute ride into 35 heart pounding minutes of non-stop cardio. No breaks between songs combined with a full upper body workout without using arm weights — this ride is the ultimate way to PUSH both mind and body.
This is our signature ride that has a perfect balance of rhythmic riding, choreography, and includes one track with arm weights.
Reboot climb Ride
A combination of everything you want to find in a indoor cycling class. Challenging hill climbs meet upper-body toning for a workout you won’t forget. Head into class ready for plenty of “gear ups!” and arm pumps
Reboot buff Ride (60 min)
A 60 minute Reboot Ride that includes 3 tracks with arm weights during the ride. This ride will give you the 45 minute cardio push you crave as well as 15 minutes of arm buffing for the perfect total body workout.
Reboot buff express Ride (45 min)
A 45 minute Reboot Ride that includes 2 tracks with arm weights during the ride. This ride will give you the 35 minute cardio push you crave as well as 10 minutes of arm buffing for the perfect total body workout.
This class is for the self-described hill junkie. This is a very athletic ride with a focus on endurance rather than movement and speed.
