“I never thought I’d be able to find any common ground between spin and painting, but it turns out they are rooted in the same beliefs. At the core, they are both completely reliant on personal endurance and and work. “Work” has always been the most important aspect of my practice. There may be such a thing as natural talent, but it doesn’t apply to me. I rely on knowing that I’m working as hard as I possibly can every day and it has proved the exact same in class at Recycle.”

Refuel

We worked with a fellow local company The Ripe Stuff to develop our very own Refuel Juice and it is DELISH.

A tasty drink with no added sugar and ingredients you can actually pronounce? Sign us up. Refuel is made entirely of romaine, spinach, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon and ginger. It’s perfect for a post spin breakfast, snack or dinner. Make sure to try one out and let us know what you think!

Recycle Studio is Boston’s first indoor cycling studio.

Here we ride to the beat, choreograph a full body
workout and get lost in time.

Our studios don’t have clocks, we ride in candle light
and sweat with strength.
